The Furniture & Decor Process
The Furniture & Decor process takes approximately four-six weeks from the date we receive your questionnaire and payment via Venmo or PayPal, contingent upon schedules of all parties.

1. Design Consultation
We come to your home and talk through layout options, review inspiration imagery, take measurements, review budget and answer any questions you have.

2. Layout(s)
We come to your home and talk through layout options, review inspiration imagery, take measurements, review budget and answer any questions you have.

3. Virtual Meeting
In this meeting we will review the Layout(s) with you, and, based o your feedback, we will update yor chosen Layout and resend it to you by email for review.

4. Selections
We will source furniture options for your space based on the approved layout, including casegoods, window coverings, etc.

5. Presentation
We will present to you the selections we have found, providing 1-2 options for each furniture piece.

6. Revisions
Our goal is to get it right the first round. We will apply your feedback from the Presentation meeting and revise selections as needed.
Note: Our Design Fee allows for one (1) round of revisions. If additional rounds are needed, we will bill our time at an hourly rate of $150/hr.
7. Final Deliverables - Shopping List & Final Layout for Installation
Once all final selections have been made, we will provide you with a Shopping List for all items that have been approved. This will include the details about the product and a a link to order each item. We will also provide you with a dimensioned final layout.
Custom Items
Custom items may require additional design time as we will want to work with the custom vendor to review final shop drawings and details, as well as procure finish samples, to make sure the final product will be everything you want it to be.
Additional time will be billed at an hourly rate of $150/hr.
Examples of custom items may include: window coverings, wallpaper, custom upholstered pieces, etc.
